A quick and easy snack with basic green ingredients, suitable for vegetarians and diets
1 kg Spinach leaves
2 Piece Lemon (pickled)
2 Big Spoon Olive Oil
2 Piece Red pepper
1 Big Spoon Chili (Coarse)
3 Big Spoon Lemon juice
0.5 Small Spoon Salt
0.5 Small Spoon Paprika

We wash the spinach leaves, dry them, then cut the pickled lemons into halves and then into small pieces after getting rid of the seeds. Some long slices can be kept for garnish.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the fresh red pepper in the oil for 5 minutes.
5 Minutes Add spinach leaves and stir with pepper in hot oil until slightly wilted. Add the pickled lemon and chili, season the contents with salt and pepper, and stir for about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, remove from heat, and place on a serving plate.
